Returns and Cancellations Policy
Consumers have the option of returning all products within 7 days of delivery or receipt, for purchase by Blue Horizon Marine and provided by our company unilaterally.
They also have the option of returning all products within 14 days of delivery or receipt, for purchases from our online store.

BY ACCESSING OUR WEBSITE AND REGISTERING YOUR ORDER, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE WITH THE PRACTICES DESCRIBED IN POLITICS AND POLITICS.
- Spare part(s) returns are only accepted if the spare part(s) has/have not been used and is in its/there original packaging. In no case are they returned electrically.
- in all cases in which, through proven fault of the company, wrong product(s) or product(s) of poor and defective quality were sold (error in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc.).
- in all cases in which there was a problem or actual defect in the product(s) (operation or quality) covered by the product(s) warranty and if the warranty has been given by the company. This provision does not cover products covered by third party warranties such as the manufacturer of the product or his dealer.
In all these cases, the customer has the choice either from the beginning, not to accept the receipt of the product(s) or, after receiving it/them, to return the product(s), within 14 days from the day of delivery.
In any case, the product(s) must be returned in excellent condition, the same condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and the packaging of the product must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition. In case they are not returned within 14 days, then the company may not accept any return and/or replacement. In addition, for all cases, the product to be replaced or repaired must be accompanied by all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. Receipt, Invoice, etc.). Prior to any return, it is recommended to consult with Blue Horizon Marine.
In case any item(s) you received was/were damaged you can bring or send the product(s) back to us without incurring shipping costs. If the product(s) shows a manufacturing defect, we will replace it immediately for free. In case we sent to you the wrong item(s), we will send to you the right one(s) and bear the cost of the shipping, old and new product(s).
In case you want to return the product(s) for your own reasons (e.g. changed your mind), then you can do so, within 14 days (returning the item(s) in its/there complete packaging) and assuming the responsibility of the shipping costs.
How to cancel your online order:
If you have chosen to pick up from Blue Horizon Marine store, you can cancel your order at any time up to 2 working days from the date of order confirmation by contacting the store by phone.
If you have chosen courier delivery, you can cancel your order the same day up to 2.00pm, before your product(s) is/are handed over to the courier services.
After sending your product(s), the status of your order will be updated automatically and can no longer be cancelled.
You can, of course, return the product(s) you purchased by following the return instructions as described above.
