RETURN POLICY

Return products

If you want to return any part you purchased from bhmarine.com, please you the following address:

  • Spare part(s) returns are only accepted if the spare part(s) has/have not been used and is in its/there original unopened packaging.
  • Restocking fee 25% of the purchase price.
  • PLEASE NOTE NO RETURN IS ACCEPTED ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS AS FOLLOWS:-  CDI Units, Power packs, Stators, Triggers, Coils, Rectifiers, Electric Starters, Trim Motors, Fuel Injectors and Solenoids.
  • in all cases in which, through proven fault of the company, wrong product(s) were sold (error in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment.
  • in all cases in which there was a problem or actual defect in the product(s) (operation or quality) covered by the product(s) warranty and if the warranty has been given by the company. This provision does not cover products covered by third party warranties such as the manufacturer of the product or his dealer.

In all these cases, the customer has the choice either from the beginning, not to accept the receipt of the product(s) or, after receiving it/them, to return the product(s), within 14 days from the day of delivery.

In any case, the product(s) must be returned in excellent condition, the same condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and the packaging of the product must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition.  In case they are not returned within 14 days, then the company may not accept any return and/or replacement.  In addition, for all cases, the product to be replaced or repaired must be accompanied by all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. Receipt, Invoice, etc.).  Prior to any return, it is recommended to consult with Blue Horizon Marine.

In case any item(s) the customer received was/were defected or damaged (the customer must have sufficient proof/evidence from a specialist mechanic), only then can the customer bring or send the product(s) back to us without incurring shipping costs.  If the product(s) shows a manufacturing defect (and the customer has sufficient proof/evidence), we will replace it immediately for free.  In case we sent to you the wrong item(s), we will send to you the right one(s) and bear the cost of the shipping, old and new product(s). Electric parts( CDI Units, Power packs, Stators, Triggers, Coils, Rectifiers, Electric Starters, Trim Motors, Fuel Injectors, Solenoids etc) are not covered by warranty except if they are faulty when they arrived. We accept returns on electric parts only if they are not opened and they have not been used.  The customer is responsible for the cost of the return of shipping when it is a warranty claim.

In case the customer wants to return the product(s) for their own reasons (e.g. changed your mind, bought the item(s) by mistake), then the customer can do so, within 14 days (returning the item(s) in its/there complete unopened packaging) and  being responsible for paying the shipping costs and using a trackable shipping service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

How to cancel your online order:

If you have chosen to pick up from Blue Horizon Marine store, you can cancel your order at any time up to 2 working days from the date of order confirmation by contacting the store by phone.

If you have chosen courier delivery, you can cancel your order the same day up to 2.00pm, before your product(s) is/are handed over to the courier services.

After sending your product(s), the status of your order will be updated automatically and can no longer be cancelled.

You can, of course, return the product(s) you purchased by following the return instructions as described above.
